This website and the form at /apply are operated by Oleh Ustinov, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Trust Invest Real Estate (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the form and how we use it.
Information you enter: your name, phone number, preferred way to contact you, Telegram username and email (if provided), and your answers about the home you are looking for — rent or purchase, areas, home type, bedrooms, budget, move-in or purchase timing, credit range, income, financing, pets and comments. Technical information: your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example, utm_source). We use it to protect the form from spam and to understand which posts bring requests.
To contact you personally about your request, to search for homes that fit it, to prepare tours and applications, and to keep a record of our work with you. We do not use automated text-message or calling systems and do not add you to mass mailings.
Only as needed to help you: with landlords, property managers, listing agents, buildings or lenders you choose to tour, apply to or work with; with service providers that host our website and customer records; and when required by law. We never sell your personal information and do not share it for others’ marketing.
Your request is stored on our own secured server and in our customer records. We keep it while we work with you and afterwards for as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The form does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Your browser may temporarily remember your answers in session storage so you don’t lose them if the page reloads; this is cleared when you close the tab or submit the form.
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us on WhatsApp or reply to any of our messages.
The form is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
